Purchased an under visor light (UV60). Installed it in my truck. Unit worked for about 10 minutes worth of use, then stopped. I tried to contact them. Left messages Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with no response. Tried again Thursday, and Friday, but was unable to get past the "busy" signal. I just want a new light. It was awesome when it worked.

What Scammers....

You have got to be kidding me. After several weeks of failed attempts via emails, and a constantly busy signal when calling, and contacting the owner via his cell phone( it's amazing the information my credit card company has on file...), I contacted the New York Attorney Generals Office. I was instructed to contact my credit card issuing company since this was an internet purchase. I returned the defective light via FedEx as instructed by my bank. Package was recieved. Waited 30 days, the law, for absolutely no response. I then was able to send a formal letter and request for a refund that came from Visa and not LED Outfitters.

This matter was resolved several months ago.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
