Attempted multiple times to request RMA number via their website. Finally called them and was told to send the part in and was told I did not need an RMA number, just the original order number.
Contacted them back by phone after allowing 2 weeks for the RMA process to occur, was told part was on backorder and was 2-3 weeks out.
It has now been a month since that last call and still no part. I tried to call today and the gentleman who answered the phone wanted a tracking number that I didn't have, refused to look it up by original order number, and then hung up on me.
I attempted to call back and the phone did not get answered.
