THE LED SIGN COMPANY Took our money for a sign and software with laptop and then filed bankruptcy Houston Texas

We purchased a LED sign from The LED Sign Company out of Houston, Texas, and it came with software and laptop to control the sign. We had 3 problems with the sign not working due to not having a permanent code. We now have learned that the company has filed bankruptcy and left owing their suppliers an enormous amount of money. Nobody can work on the sign due to the parts came from China and they will not honor the parts or software agreement due to LED signs owes them so much money.

I had a company by the name of Sign Express, contact me to let me know LED Sign Company went out of buisness and that they have worked out a deal with these companies in China to sell him the parts and codes for software. I believe only to try and sell me a warrany package at the price of $520.93 per month.

In calling the International Sign Association, they have informed that this is more than likely a rip off and that its possible an employee has started this company to gain off all of our problems. Although we called for refferences on this company before we purchased the sign, I would highly recommend that you get with Sign Association to make sure you are dealing with a valid company.
