LETS TALK.COM SOLD ME A PHONE THAT WAS DEFECTIVE. I REFUSED TO PAY THE FIRST 200.00 BILL FOR CHARGES THAT WERE OCCURED FROM LOGGING ON TO THE INTERNET.

NOW A 200.00 CHARGE FOR YOUR FIRST BILL IS A RIP OFF. THE PHONE WOULD NEVER LOG ON OR OFF AND HOW CAN I BE CHARGED FOR THIS.
