lease finance group forged my name to a contract while i was out of the country [ i was in europe for six weeks ]they over charged me for equipment i did not order . they were furnished with proof that i was out of the country and that the signature on the contract was not mine. they reviewed the information and agreed it was not my signature . this however has not stopped them from harassing me with non stop phone calls and eventually a judgment from from a new york court, for which i was never served any papers or given the opportunity to defend myself . i now have legal representation , and am seeking recourse .
