LG Electronics LG does stand behind their products even when the are brand new!!! Huntsville, Alabama

My husband and I purchased 2 new LG Optimus phones from Tmobile with a new 2 year service agreement. My phone works fine but my husband has had problems with his since the beginning. We paid 400.00 dollars each for these phones and we are on his fourth replacement in less than 4 months.
Each replacement has been a refurbished phone provided through Tmobile. We did all the troubleshooting through tech support as well.

We decided to contact LG hoping they would help us out. Their response was to send the phone in for repairs, a 400.00 brand new phone and it needs repairs??? Not to mention while it is being repaired you will have no phone at all. I have had LG products in the past and not had problems with them but now knowing that they do not stand behind their products I will never purchase another LG product as long as I live and will take every chance I have to let people know how they do business.

In short we have a used phone we paid 400.00 for that still does not work correctly and another year and eight months left on our agreement....I will never use either one of these companys products again.
