LHR, Boerne, TX Eric combative, rude, unwilling to furnish proof of debt. Boerne, Texas

My daughter was contacted by LHR regarding two different charges that they said happened in 2006 /2007. I told Eric that we have paid off and settled all credit card accounts in 2008. He says prove it! Fax me proof these are paid or I'm going to put this on her credit report that these are out for collection. I sent Eric the proof of payment in full to the one account and ask for some proof of debt made in 2006 on the one we don't recognize and he became very combative. This guy needs a vacation! We don't need yelled at, just some proof / history of a 2006 charge card?

I've contacted the name of the supposed charge card company and have ask them to furnish us some information on this claim from LHR. To date we haven't heard anything I furnished the account number that LHR had on it's letter. Who keeps all their records from 2006 and even 2007? Come on LHR I know you guys are buying charged off debt from lenders, and anything you get from your letters and phone calls is just found money! But you must work a little to get it.....give my daughter and I some proof and we'll talk settlement, not before.
