LHR INC unprofessional rude and need to apologize to more than one of us Hamburg New York

I was contacted on more than one occassion by Michael ext 2234 from LHR I attempted to return these calls but cont to get voice mail or other representatives. When I finally reached Michael, he was extremely short & rude to me. I asked if there was good reason for his attitude and if he was going to address me properly to which he responded "I don't have an attitude what is your problem?"

When I requested to speak to someone else because I wouldn't be talking to him any longer he said I had no choice. I explained they're company wanted these issues resolved and that wasn't going to happen unless he got his supervisor on the phone. At this point he hung up on me!!!! I was furious. A few min later I contacted my legal rep who contacted LHR and spoke to Rebecca.

Even my rep agreed they were rude, uneducated on the collection laws and far to nonchalant about the business they were conducting. I have great reservations doing any business w this company and strongly suggest they improve they're customer service techniques if they're to stay in business at all. I hope they don't.
