LIBERTY TAX SERVICE i was enrolled in a tax training class with Liberty Tax Service, the insturctor name is Christine, she was hired by Liberty tax to train the students, i completed the class training, took the tests ne EAST ORANGE, New Jersey

I enrolled at Liberty Tax Services for a Tax Training Class, I paid a total of $159.00 for the 2 books needed, i completed the training course, i took all the needed tests that i had to take, i attended classes as i was suppose to do but, during the class training, i had two different Family Emergencies which i informed the Class Instructor, My five year grandson was rushed to the emergency room under tests for having several seizures, he had to stay in the hospital for several days. i was there with him at the hospital , he was only five and did not want to be there by himself.  i informed Christine the instructor about it, and i came back to class, I then suddenly had death in my family that i also informed Christine about.  i also informed Christine about the family emergency all. when the last class was over, christine informed me that there is no reason why i should not be able to attend the next step...The Computer hands on training  , take the tax preparer  test and modules on line at Liberty Tax Service. i went to start the training classes on  Thursday December 27, 2012 and when i arrived for class training i was told that because of what christine told her i was not going to be able to complete the class computer training in order to prepare to take the Tax R {repairer training test. i asked them why, i said i paid my money...&159.00 for the books to get the free training i also told them that i did everything that i had to do and that you are telling me that i will not be able to prepare income tax this year. they said that they have limited positions, i do not have to work there, my main concern is to tax the training and pass the test that all preparers  have to do and pay my 64.95 to get my Ptin...i called christine and she informed me that the office manager lied, that she told her that there were no reason why i should have a problem doing the tax  training at liiberty tax services
