LINK & ASSOCIATES (WE HELP TAX) THEY CLAIM TO HELP RESOLVE IRS TAX ISSUES LOS ANGELOS, California

I will keep my report brief, pending any resolve Link & Associates will do. Briefly, after being taken by TAX MASTERS, which is another story of which I lost $3500 and was treated horribly and then went bankrupt with no hope of seeing my money ever again, and then still being advertised on the radio by, among others, talk show host Dennis Miller AFTER they were out of business, I researched Link & Associates (We Help Tax) on the internet thoroughly and determined they were legit and all is well.

That was over two years ago, and after they lost my updated financial forms and never contacted me, I FINALLY reached a receptionist who assured me that Scott Link would return my call. FIVE TIMES!. Now Tim Nelson who I initially set up the agreement with is no longer with the company. I did reach Scott Link one time only and he assured me that IF I sent in the forms, they SHOULD have them, but they moved to another office and as soon as the dust settles they would get to work with the IRS. Months later, when I was able to talk to another live person, he told me that it looks like they in fact did NOT have my paperwork. I sent it. They lost it. 

Since then I have tried ever so many times to contact them by phone and most of the time I was not even able to leave a voice mail since their box was full. I have tried three times today. Along the way I spoke to a receptionist who told me she would resend the forms for me to start this long tedious process all over again by email. I never received an email and now can not even complete the process because I can never reach them just to get new forms.

Meanwhile the IRS continues to put leins on my property and gobble up any overtime I put in at work as well as threaten to levy my bank account. I explained to Tim Nelson long ago what TAX MASTERS did to me and he assured me that they were not that kind of company and that I would be very happy with their service. Well I am NOT a happy camper.

At this time all I want is ACTION, a settlement with the IRS, or my money back. The only problem is I CANNOT REACH them and they NEVER return my phone calls. I think they started out good but something happened and we consumers who are already nervous and threatened by the IRS depend on them to do their job, and it seems that people like myself just lose more and more money and more and more precious time.

I always give the benefit of the doubt and if they make good on their promise in short order, I will update this report and inform you of their action. Right now, the longer it stays on with no update is a good indicator that you should stay FAR FAR away from them. This is the very first time I have ever filed a RIP OFF REPROT. I just don't know what else to do. Stay tuned.
