LIQUIDATION.COM - LIQUIDITY SVCS Liquidity services Posted my items for auction for a low bid amount and charged almost 40% commission Washington

I was scammed by this auction company. I listed my items for sale on their website and I let them know what these items are valued. They listed my items for $100 even though these lots (24 of them) were worth over $1000 each. I guess this is to lure buyers.  I have LOST over $5000.00 with this company. 24 of my auction lots sold for $100 or a little more and they charged me $30 for each sale. I called them and complained that this was too big a commision and my understanding was that they will charge 15%. For 2 days, their director would not return my phone call and when she finally did, I told that that this is a great loss for me but she simply said too bad and that they usually charge $100 for each auction sold. Which makes no sense because they auction prices start at $100 and sometimes, these items will sell for $100 (the highest bidder) and sellers like myself are forced to ship these items or they charge our cr cards and they keep the full amount. DANIELLE CUNNINGHAM was my accounts manager. Every person I have spoke to is a SENIOR SALES EXEC. THAT IS A LIE. They are just a small group of "dregs" who work in a small office out of cubicles. I sold 15 LOTS. I was charged 15% or $30 whichever is greater they say for every completed transaction and most times $30 is greater because my lots sold for $100. I am completely devasted as to the work ethics this company goes by. When I made a call to them regarding my monetary loss, they said "OH WELL, WE MADE OUR COMMISSION" and would not return my email on this issue. A class action lawsuit will help so many people get their money back and this company SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.
