Lisa Madigan is in the habit of saving files and or complaints on companies for long periods of times (SOMETIMES YEARS). When your company has had enough complaints she will drag your a** into court and shake you down for what she calls a contribution to the consumer protection fund $$$ :). One would think this money goes to the poor little old consumers that complained to your company. In reality it does not her office keeps the money LOL. Seeing as which her office is funded by the taxpayers why does she need a protection fund??? Where does the money go???

The other sad part is shes not willing to mediate any of the complaints (and why would she Mediation don't make her money). In most cases people go to there credit card companies and do charge backs. So what restitution is owed???
