Have been dealing with this company for now 18 months. Tried to have a loan modification, sent in all the required documents and waited for an answer. After a long period of time(3months) they finally got back and stated they wanted more information. Again answered their requirement and again the waiting game. Finally got an answer and a amount of monies was agreed upon to start the modification rolling. Money was in hand and wanted to send the money but asked for confirmation of terms. We waited,may several calls(like 3 or 4 calls ) a day waiting for an answer to our request for confirmation of terms. After weeks we were called back and told that the deal fell thru and that they wanted $10,000.00 down and $3,000.00 a month for nineteen months and then they would consider the modification. We did not follow thru with their request and have had our house put into foreclosure. In order to stop the sale of our home I filed bankruptcy. This is not what I wanted to do but I also had to stay the foreclosure. Also this company purchased our loan and naturally we were notified of this after the fact. Something has to be done with a company that can do all these fraudulent activities and still stay in business. We need a class action law suit and everyone that has been hurt by this company to come together and stand up to what is right and to put them out of business.
