live technicians let us assume that they were part of google. they scrambled our computer and we even relayed to them than since we started talking with them our computer was working funny. they assured us it was not them but it was. they then started asking for money to fix computer and then started to add charges for other things they said we needed.
they never fixed a thing and kept calling to see if all was okay which was strange since they never fixed a thing.
we paid them but they also did something where in they had to fax us info or email in order to get a signature which in hindsight protected them because we tried to stop our credit card and our bank said since they had our signature it could not be determined as fraud which is not right
we were definitely scammed by this horrible company. i would not scrape them off the bottom of my shoe.
it cost us thousands to try to repair the damage they have done.
live technician should be not allowed to practice. they are horrible
