LL BEAN THE MOST OVERPRICED RETAILER WITH INFERIOR GOODS AND RUDE EMPLOYEES Frehold New Jersey

Purchased two shirts for my husband at The Freehold LL Bean Store and was so surprised that the quality of the items were so inferior. The employees that work there are so misinformed about the products. They really must have been just thrown on the floor as just bodies to fill the space. Unfortunately, I had to returm the shirts and the young woman at the register did not even know how to issue a refund to my charge account. The manager of the store is so rude to customers, it is a shame that is it is allowed.

Went into Eddie Bauer and purchased many items for my husband and was treated with full knowlege of the products and Great customer service.

Shame On LL Bean. GO Back To Maine.
