LLoyd & McDaniel have filed a suit from Asset Acceptance with nothing but an affidavit & no supporting evidence.

How do you fight the system in this situation? It's an alleged credit card debt from the year 1998. The SOL on an open account is 5 years in Kentucky according to their own website. They prey on people with no legal experience to get judgements.

Hope you filed your answer to the summons as they are counting on you not to do it. It's a numbers game for every 100 lawsuits filed they win majority of them by default. They will fold if you fight them long enough took me nearly 9 months for them to offer to dismiss the case without prejudice, but I have counter to have them to dismiss with prejudice.
