Logisticare is a lying company. I have filled out applications many of times and they will not hire me. I've had a job at a call center before. I am able to work and that should be all that matters. The ceo's of logisticare discriminate against me badly and won't give me a job at all. Their company is a rip off and their website lies. Do not believe them. They do discriminate. They won't hire me they only called me for one interview. When they needed help I was able to work and they still wouldn't call me because they are discriminative and liars. Logisticare in Norton, VA.

Hmmm...

I visited the Logisticare website and NOWHERE does it say that they WILL hire anyone. Here is what they do say:

     "LogistiCare provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, citizenship or veteran status in all personnel matters including, but not limited to, recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, recalls and terminations."

The OP was brought in for an interview and the company chose not to further their business relationship with him/her. The OP should consider brushing up on interviewing skills.

The website says they do not discriminate but they do and they have against me. Just because they don't like my voice. At least I have one and I am able to talk and go to work.

Get this straight, please... No company, and I mean no company, is in any way obligated to give you employment just because you exist and consume oxygen.... A job is not yours for the asking, got it?

You think that just because you consider yourself "able to work and that should be all that matters", and that line of logic works for you, doesn't make it so for the company in question.

One of the reasons you were likely turned down for a position, even in a call center, is your lack of literacy. Look at the report you've filed here... "I have filled out applications many of times"?? What?? What happened to that little thing called grammar?

Look, companies that depend on communication must hold themselves to a higher standard in who they choose to work for, and represent, their company, especially in this cutthroat economy. Semi-literate b***s have a terrible tendency to misconstrue, miscommunicate and generally foul up details that are important when it comes to the client, which in turn makes the client butthurt, and then you have a Rip Off Report that could have well been avoided had the issue been handled by competent, literate staff in the first place.

It's true that the site says; "LogistiCare provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, citizenship or veteran status", but the operative word here is qualified individuals.

Looking at the grammar, English usage and the manner in which you present this report with a glaring lack of detail, not to mention the level of whining on par with that of an enraged 7th grader (if that), I wouldn't consider hiring you either. Most places require a requisite command of the English language and a base level of communication skills and it would appear that you have neither.

Additionally, your statements here are near libelous, if not outright so, since you claim the company in question is a "rip off", yet give no proof of why this is so... Did they take your money with no service given in exchange? That of a friend or family member? No? Then it's not a rip off and you're just airing sour grapes and moaning simply because the company does not find you qualified to hire you. This is, of course, another strike against you. You're your own worst enemy.

Take the hint. You weren't called back for a second interview for a reason. Go take some remedial English courses at the local community college or something, stop blaming others for your educational lack and get up to speed, will you?
