I live and work in south florida and down here jobs are hard to come by, so I have been trying to make money any way I can. I have since let Long Beach Acceptance know of my financal situation, and so we came to terms return the vehical or trade it in. I spoke with the superviser of recovery and had her call me back with the details on my voice mail. The details where to return the vehical or trade it in by friday of that week. I told the company I had it traded in and on the tuesday three days before the due date they had the vehical towed from my home in which i now have lost my new job, no vehical and when i called them to ask why this happened I got an 80 year old man on the phone telling me that i am no good and that the company would never do that. So when I finally got the person on the phone that told me I can have it traded in by friday she told me that her superior changed the deal with out notice to me. She told me there is nothing else she could due but have me pay the fees. I asked her to have the vehical towed to the dealership where the trade sat and waited for me to due the deal they refused. So now right before Christmas I have no job, no tools, because they are in the vehical and can not work with out them. My seven year old child wants to know would she get any thing from santa. With no consideration and nothing but lies, how could anyone finance with this company? I wish I knew this before I signed the deal. Me being an onest person and being lied to really maid my Christmas a great one. Hopefully i can come up with the money to get my vehical back and hopefully my tools will still be there! I already hade $27,000 worth of tools stolen from me this year and now I have to pay to get my own tools back from the repo company and pay Long Beach so I can find a new job and pay my bills........Thanks alot Long Beach for your honest and kind buisness
