Cell phone company says esn number is on the lost/stolen list. We contacted the supplier and they said to return the phone and they will replace it with different model...we returned the item, and after waiting weeks and weeks, we tried to contact them, but the phone has been disconnected and email address has been bouncing!
We have lost thousands of dollars, and will pursue this individual in court....
