LOTERIA PRIMITIVA, MADRID SPAIN.... LOTERIA PRIMITIVA, SCAM OF 615,810.00, Ripoff MADRID SPAIN Nationwide

This claim is for my brother and law...sept 8th,2006...Yesterday he had recieved a letter from the Loteria Primitiva in Madrid Spain. Not knowing what it was or even how spain would get this address, I did some researching on the computer today where I came onto this website. After reading all the claims about this Loteria Primitiva, i thought "what the heck" and may as well make a claim as well. I think everyone should know how weirded out I was to read all the claims that were so familiar to his. Like for instance, the same amount of money..$615,810.00.., even the same Carlos Gomez who is the promtions director or Vice President...Also, he has his refernce number, batch number, ticket number with a serial number. It says here that he has won the lottery in the third and final category. It also states that, " All participants were selected through a computer ballot system drawn from 19,000 people. Also it states, " Your funds are now deposited with a security company insured in your name with insurance bond policy converage." Now, here is the weird part..."We ask that you keep this award from publick notice until the claim has been processed and your funds remitted to you. This is part of our security measures to avoid double claiming...etc.."

It states to contact his agent Don Martin Banero of Foreign Services from the Halton Security Company.

Now after reading all that information there was a second page to this Loteria Primitiva. The Halton Security Company Payment Processing Form. You are suppose to write your ref #, batch #, Name, Address, telephone, Occupation, Marital Status, Payment option, Bank Name, Bank Account Info, and also send them a photocopy of your identification. DUH!! It's called a scam! It is also IDENTITY THEFT and whoever is doing this, I hope with all the claims that are being made against this company/person , that something is done. This company/person needs to face FELONY CHARGES.

I hope that taking the time to read everyone's claim, that you too either make one yourself or just throw the paper away!!
