I was looking online for the newest bags from Louis Vuitton when I came across this web site. Louis Vuitton Outlet.. They claim their products were authentic. I inquired by email prior to placing an order and was told their bags were the real thing..This company carries the logo which I am guessing is trademark and they could be fined for using it without permission... I placed an order and received my bag to find a flaw. I have emailed and left messages stating my problem for a refund or exchange and they will not respond. I contacted Louis Vuitton and I was told they were not associated with this outlet company and that the products were fakes. Today I looked up the website and they have updated it. It now states that items must be examined prior to signing because once you sign you are saying you are 100% satisfied. I guess I am screwed and am stuck with a fake, flawed bag... Beware and DO NOT order from this company.
