LOVE,BEAL&NIXON P.C. DISTRICT COURT OKLAHOMA COUNTY Sued me in court without summons me to court. I could not defend myself. Besides, they lied about summons. Oklahoma city ok., Oklahoma

    I was sued by Love, Beal & Nixon in The District Court of Oklahoma County. State of Oklahoma for debt that is now time barred. I caled the law office for I got notice of the award from the court for the amount owed $12,363.57 for  interest on a automobile that was repossessed 5 years ago. I owed one payment behind and they took the car. I could have paid it off, but they would not negatiate, so they wanted their car. I gave them the car back and they sold it. I have bought two cars since then.

    Love, beal and Nixen sued me in court and got a judgement against me. I called the law office after the court sent me the judgment. So, the conversation with Jodi in callections. Jodi claimed the court served me a summons to appear. I never was served. Jodi claimed the court gave the notice to appear to my room mate
named Vilot Sanders. I do not have any room mate and I do not know Vilot Sanders. Jodi and the court lied.

I was not authorized to appear and defend myself, so The law office and court Lied about serving me the notice to appear.
