L&R Inc Rick and Laurie Smith Scam artist CONCORD New Hampshire

I worked for L&R INC.They tell you will be paid on 15 demos 550.00 and get 200.00 commision for each vacumm sold.If you dont complete 15 demos than you only acquire the commision.If you do 15 demos and get over 550.00 in commision you only get commision.You never get 15 demos in a week.They also promoted that during your first week they will provide you 100.00 for 5 demos you set up, 125.00 for  6 demos. You preform the demos and ask for refferals so you can continue to try and sell kirby or to get your 15 demos.

I left because of their closing style.They say no pressure to sell.They are worse than used car salesmen.But I had two customers who straight out did not want one,they didn't care how low they went on the price.They liked it but could not afford the extra monthly payment. They keep low balling the the price from 2254.00 down to 1195.00, or offer a previous model for 999.00. They customers were so pissed by this they refused to give me refferals.And I dont blame them.Why would they give you more names so you can go and do the same thing to my friends and family.

If they sale doesnt happen they accuse you of not doing your job correct. Because according to them EVERYONE wants a kirby.Why would I spend my own gas money and time to go do a demo and do it half assed.So I quit! 

Upon asking for my pay they refused to give me the money for the demos I set up and did that was 6 @ 125.00.Theyy say thats at managers discretion and you do no qualify.Then to top if off they short changed me on my commision by 75.00. They stated because I didnt sell the machine at full price that I onlyy get a portion. No where did I say anything about that.They never sell a machine at full price.

So in short do not work there and do not let them into your home.If you want a kirby hold out for the lowest price of 1195.00
