I placed an Order for a Nelco JA 38 Instruction Manual (Nel-04-1B) on September 26,2012. I paid through Paypal and I never received my manual nor a REFUND.

I sent the company an email on 10/09/2012 01:27 AM requesting for either my merchandise or a refund. I never received either one.

LRB Services Never responded to my email.
