LULU.COM MIS-APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS, STEALING MONEY FROM AUTHORS Internet

THEY HAVE A SECTION where you can view sales of your book.  One day you sold 10 books, the next day you check it, it now reads 9 or 8, and the next day it reads 7.

I reported the lost/missing sales and THEY CHECKED the page it it showed ONLY THE 7 books sold......EVEN THOUGH A DAY OR TWO EARLIER IT read 10.

NO way to view past pages, no record of sales, they claim they dont offer refunds on digital downloads.

Further investigation revealed there have been 9 missing book sales.  Said there is nothing they can do since the page only shows the lessor amount.

FUTURE TIP-everytime you sell a book PRINT THE SCREEN SHOT OF THAT PAGE-each and every sale....that way you at least have some evidence.

I did print the screen and THEY SAID THEY had to investigate, verify, see if it was a fake screen shot, etc, etc,etc.

BOTTOM LINE-I had to hire a lawyer..........still waiting.

its obvious they either offered refunds or someone stole the proceeds from MY book sales and then tried to cover their tracks.....YA LIKE PEOPLE WOULDN'T NOTICE MISSING MONEY.
