I have never been so upset in my life. When I returned to trade in my car every mistake possible occured and I was put on hold, rushed through, put to shame and tears and more. I even have a recording of the abuse and I am a woman who is Deaf to the extreem and on permanent disability who takes a bit more time and needs the time to have things repeated back to me and should not be rushed through like a yo yo. When I called the General Manager Dan Weis, I was blamed and he would not admit that he never followed through and that his staff made multiple errors which are still not fixed. He even had the nerves to poke fun of a disability that is medically known. He kept on saying you got a good deal and what else do you want and that I had no right to complain. Well let me tell everyone the full truth of my experience and lets see what all of you say about this one for sure. It was a huge nightmare.

I bought my first vehicle on 10-28-2013 and I was told I got employee pricing and more. The vehicle was financed with a cost basisk of 29060.00. Someone backed into my new car with 1700 miles in the parking lot when he was not looking and I was not moving and walking to the car. The car was spotless and never touched and a 2014. I was told that Lute Riley had the best body shop. I said I wanted someone to help me into a new car as this car was new and not even driven and to help me with the diminished value and more.

When i dropped my car off and being told I had a rental car waiting for me, I was told that the adjuster decided he did not want to show up for 2 more days and that I could not have a rental car and being deaf and not hearing with background noise was told to take the shuttle home and deal with it myself attitude. When I called Lute Riley for help, I was told will call you back I have a customer and more. It was a living nightmare and they took care of others before me. They happened for over 4 days until I finally contacted Dan Weiss the owner of Lute Riley. I was told I was getting new parts and Dan told me the one part would not be new. I told him I did not want the car then and would not accept it. He told me I would lose alot of money and I told him it was not my fault and to help me with diminished value and more to get me into a new car.

The dealership wrote up a bid on the car for 22,0000.00 which is over 7000 less than I paid for my spotless new 2014 vehicle. I could not believe what a rip off. I was extreemely upset that this was never disclosed when I bought my car that I would lose 7000 dollars when it was not even my fault and had to accept this. I was in shock.

I told my salesperson Ricky Bobby to help me with the diminished value and also asked the body shop for help. They only sent the insurance company the difference between how it decreased in value and what they would give me and I was to pay another 5000.00 dollars more. Wow big time huh. I yelled big time and more.

I went home and read over my paperwork before signing and told them I needed a day to read stuff over so again I was without a car.

I was told to drop my car from Enterprise at the dealershio and they would return it for me. The salesperson never returned the car to Enterprise and both Enterprise and myself called and called for over 5 hours and even Stephen the assistant manager did not look nor did he call me back and told me he was too busy and in a corporate meeting and more. There were 5 temps who they displaced during that time also and what a nightmare. Enterprise was so upset and so was I as the rental that we couldl not find was brand new and it was on my insureance Can you only imagine.

The next day, I got a call that I had to wait till 4pm to get my new car and to be picked up. They know I do not drive in rush hour traffic with a new car and with my disabilities but they still pushed and pushed for the sale. When I got to the dealership, it was a nasty scene and I was yelled at and told it is a good deal sign or leave attitude all the way. I luckily had it all taped and I was even poked fun of for my disabilities and more. It was very nasty.

I was told that I would have to pay again for my warranties and would lose all of the money and it would not be pro-rated. I read it the next day and found the dealership was wrong and that I was entitled to my refund and came back to have the forms filled out. They asked me what to do and was mad when I told them to pay for their mistakes. I still did nto have the forms signed of on and still it has not been done.

The two salesmen made me take my new car home around 7pm which I did not want to do and rushed me as a deaf and disabled person all the way through and made another error. They drove my car home wihtout any paper plates on it. I also did not get the paperwork for my refund on the canceled warranties signed,

The next morning I got a call from the dealership saying that they forgot to put the paper plates on my car and to leave my garage door open and I could not drive the car. Lucky I did not or can you only imagine the fine and ticket I would have gotten?

I told them to at least wait for me to get dressed. I then took out the paperwork and looked at it and saw that I still did not get the papers signed for my refund on the warranties that were canceled. I called the dealership and was put to shame and more.

I called Dan Weiss the manager of Lute Riley who basically yelled at me and told me I was a disaster and more and took his employees story and basiclally put me down. I have it saved on my Caption Call phone as I was very upset. Dan did not call me back and I had to call the companies and get the stuff canceled myself. This has been my experience at Lute Riley.

They are ok when you first buy the car but beware as they will rip you off all the way for anything they can and it is always the customer who is at fault.

Dan Weiss refuses to admit they did me wrong. He has not called me to make it right. I am still very upset.

 

I called Honda Of America for help and was told that the dealership in individually owened and to contact DOT or Better Business Bureau.

I still have not received a call back to make anything right from Dan Weiss at Lute Riley.

The way ths was handled was wrong and nasty to the extreeme. I would not wish such on my worst enemy for sure.
