Do not use Luxury Limousine Dearborn. We rented a limo for a birthday celebration and when the next morning came, we realized we had left an expensive digital camera and cellular phone in the car. Immediately called the company and left several messages. At the open of business on the following Monday morning, we called again and of course...our belonging's weren't found. The camera contained family pictures from this past Christmas, now those memories can never be seen again because of this dishonest company and it's employees. Thank you Luxury Limousine for ruining our birthday party & stealing / deleting our family's Christmas holiday with our Grandparents and children.

Still angry over 18 months later - the owner has the audacity to say this is isn't true. Well guess what, I'm still here, still extremely angry & irritated, and still without our belongings. 100% TRUE!!

Luxury Limousine of Dearborn is issuing the following statement to correct and respond to the posting of false and defamatory information aimed at distorting the image of Luxury Limousine of Dearborn and its owner.
It is not true what individuals and/or competitors have stated on various websites that Luxury Limousine of Dearborn has received an F rating by the Better Business Bureau. Please see http://www.bbb.org/ for the current rating the
company has received.
Individuals and/or competitors have also posted comments that are personal in nature and have been created specifically with the intent to defame the owner of the company. In addition, the defamers have circulated thousands of flyers in the Detroit Metro Area to support their campaign.
Luxury Limousine of Dearborn is working with private investigators, local and state officials, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to identify and prosecute the individuals and businesses responsible for this campaign under Michigan Penal Codes 750.370 (Falsely and maliciously accusing another), 750.411h & 750.411i (Cyberstalking), and 750.411s (Cyberharassment). The responsible individuals and/or businesses will be subject to criminal restraining orders.
Luxury Limousine of Dearborn has fully documented the activities of these individuals and/or businesses on the various websites, and it will continue to monitor and bring any new activities to the attention of law enforcement. Luxury Limousine of Dearborn reserves the right to take legal action against any individual, business, or website involved directly or
indirectly in this defamation campaign.
Luxury Limousine of Dearborn demands from all websites that have allowed for the posting of defamatory information on their sites to review and immediately exclude these comments.
While Luxury Limousines, like most businesses, receives regular feedback about its services, it makes every effort to address the concerns of all of its customers. For years, Luxury Limousine has served and continues to serve thousands of satisfied customers in the Detroit Metro Area.

Let me get this correct, because YOU left your digital camera and cellular phone in the limousine you rented, the company is at fault for this? And, how exactly, did they ruin your birthday party??? You are the one responsible for leaving the camera in the limousine (if they were indeed left in the limousine... could you have possibly left them in a restaurant/bar?), not the company itself! How do you know that after your rental was over that the limousine was not rented to another party and that these individuals were the ones responsible for taking your "expensive" digital camera and cellular phone? I guess it is easier to pass the blame on to another individual/company than accept responsibility for yourself...
