They send you a letter that looks very authentic and official. You get your hopes up. The letter says to keep it quiet that this is to be absolutely confidential. If I had not looked them up on the Internet I would have sent them the money. Something has to be done to stop them. Older people get ripped off all the time because they do not have computers or any other way to check if they are for real.
