There are like 567 complaints here on ROR against LVAAP!
It's a small amount [$20, right] you lost for a great investment in knowledge. It could have been much more money. You don't get much for $20 these days.
There is no such thing as FREE money, and nobody will ever seek you out to give it to you. This is just plain old fashioned common sense.
File the complaint with the Postmaster for mail fraud as I suggested in another post.
