Received what appears to be a legitimate confirmation from Paypal to confirm my ordering a Nokia Cell Phone with request that I confirm the purchase. Many others have have apparently received the same notification. I contacted Paypal via theie website to report this. This same rip-off seems to have been going on for > 2 1/2 years.
