LWPelectronics ripoff dishonest billing and time wasting countering same Internet

This company, LWPELECTRONICS, is trying to bill me for merchandise it supposedly sent to a Bill Chang in Seco, Main. I have never heard of either the company or the person before. I sent the company several e-mails, but all were refused, see following:
