Out of a 45 minute class, more than half of the time they have the kids doing calaesthenics (jumping jacks, push ups, running) instead of teaching them karate. Master KC acts like some big important black belt, except her belt is 'honorary'. Her husband,
the school owner gave it to her. She knows nothing about karate. I personally saw her get her a** kicked at the school one night while sparring with a girl who had on a red belt.
