My 1st call was to Ivan @ Labgenix...I informed him that the Alore came in but no creme from Labgenix. Ivan said my order was being held up due to credit card expire dates. Told Ivan that the Alore bottle came apart and had to send back to them. They were very kind and sent a new bottle.
I called again and reached Vincent I informed him of the reaction I had required a Dr. visit of $120.00 and a Prescription that cost me $20.88 Vincent laughed. During the 14 day time to return, Iwas hospitalizeds for a severe case of STREP and then my IDENTITY WAS COMPRIMISED. My bank account was comprimised and 3 of my credit cards.....this was Feb 12thish to now.
When I came home from hospital, I called....and was connected to Vincent @ 3:15p. I explained my circumstances and just wanted to send the product back on my dime.
Ever since I called back from hospital...Feb 27th....the only number rings busy 24/7!
