Bobby Ingram sr. salesperson live in Loves Park IL. for Elavon came in to our business in October 2011 to help us lower our credit card processing fees. He gave us all kinds of "perks" FREE terminal paper for our Micros computer system, saving us $130 on our credit card fees, FREE upgrade on our Micros system etc. It sounded like a great deal right? Wrong! He had a contract a mile long in very small letters which he said it was a basic contract what he didn't tell me is that I was leasing a credit card machine for $69 a month from ladco leasing which we don't even need because we process our cards through our Micros system over the internet. When I received the credit card machine I told Bobby I don't need this machine because we run our credit cards through our Micros he stated well that how we make our $! After that he changed his # and never came back to set it up, I finally got his # through a friend of his I knew he said he wd come out on this particular Thursday never showed, then I was getting nervous about a scam. I started receiving these lease charges on my bank account from ladco for $69. I called pivotal they cancelled my account called ladco they said we were stuck for the 5 years! So I left a message on Bobby Ingrams Facebook but, he will not return a message. What are small businesses to do when there are scam artist out there like these? I hope some day the federal government will catch on to these scams! Meanwhile, I am talking to our lawyer today unfortunately, to see how to get out of this contract
