Lady Fitness in Aurora, CO uses unethical business practices and high pressure sales to get you to sign up. The contract terms are long and there is no way to get out of it once you sign up. Please do your homework prior to using this facility!

Lady Fitness' selling point is that it is an all women facility, even though there are male fitness instructors. They have amenities that are broken down and will not be repaired even though they say they are currently being repaired when they are brow-beating you to sign up. Biggest concern is the condition of the equipment. It is outdated, frequently broken, and not kept in good working condition.

This is especially alarming with the number of elderly patrons that visit the center. I was injured while using their equipment, and all the manager could say was that I must be using it incorrectly. She didn't even ask if I was hurt! This business has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for obvious reasons. I wrote them a letter and they never responded. I have read many reviews for this business and there is a laundry list of people who have had the same experience.

I think the best way to get the message out the this bad business owner is to file a class action lawsuit.
