Lakeland Dodge SERVICE TECH DAMAGED MY TRUCK Lakeland, Florida

While my truck was in for a regular oil change, the service techs damaged our truck.  The broke my truck hood.  There is now an inch and a half gap where they forced the hood.  They parked the truck out front and asked my husband to sign the papers.  Our service advisor did not say anything.  While my husband was putting our 5 year old in the truck he noticed the damage.  My husband went back to Mike Bristow and asked about the damage, Mike Bristow told us that he would get us our hood spring at cost but it was our responsibility to repair it not the dealerships.  My husband asked to speak with the service manager but was told he was not available.  My truck was undamaged before the oil change and now looks horrible due to the gap on the passenger side hood.  We have left numerous messages and have not received any response.  Do not use them!!!!  Unethical!!!!
