I ordered rims on 1/17/09 2 weeks later I called to see where are my rims. After leaving over 15 messages I finally got a hold of someone ther named Sherill. She said she would call me to find out why I haven't recieved my rims, 3 days later no phone call back.
After attempting 4 hours of on off calls trying to get someone to pick up, she answers and puts me on hold to check status again. Then she routes me to her voice mail and I left 6 more message and she never returned my call. Finally on 2/5/09 she e-mails me and said she is going ot refund my money becuase she feels the rims never got shipped. I e-mailed her back when I should get my money she never responded.
Until now 2/12/09 no answer and money has not been returned. Remember it's been since 1/17/09. I don not recommend them.
