All was fine until late August/September when I was notified by Square that the credit card owner was disputing the charges as not authorized.
I contacted Lanae with little to no results all through September and October. On October 11 she indicated by text that she "had talked to Debbie. She will drop dispute with cc co." I told her Square indicated it was too late and the funds had been released back to the credit card holder, and I would require some other form of payment from her. I have heard nothing more regarding the matter. All phone calls, emails and texts to Lanae go unanswered.
If Lanae was not authorized to use Ms. Weems' card then she needs to be charged with fraud as well as non-payment of PetLover Petsitting services.
