Lance Baker Construction does not make payments & avoids customers Lakeland, Florida

Back in August 2012 we did a project for Lance Baker Construction. He agreed that the project would be payable upon completion. Since completing this project we have not received any payments toward it. A lot of our time, effort, work & money went into this project. We have tried to contact him several times over the past 6 months but he would always give an excuse or the usual "run around" as to why he has not paid us.

After so many stories, excuses, and lies now he no longer answers the phone or returns calls even when voicemails are left. We are now aware that he has not only done this to us but to several other subcontractors as well. His business has been listed under several addresses as well & it seems as if he is gives the subcontractors different addresses also so that way he can not be reached or served any court documents just incase anyone was to seek further action. I would definitely not recommend Lance Baker or his unprofessional business to anyone.
