Lance denha (scam artist), randal denha (scam artist), Brian Hutchins (scam artist), suzanne sweeney (scam artist), jacqueline gagnon (scam artist), Brian Tomina (scam artist), Stephanie Almanzar (scam artist), Bob Greenburg (scam artist), Katie Britto (scam artist), and Frankie Lopez (scam artist), are all apart of a master scam where they are all in cahoots to lie and cheat struggling people out of their last dollars.  Looking back its clear that all of them intentionally participated in an elaborate 8 month scam to fool me out of all of my money.

Lance Denha Law sold me on a fantasy where they told me that they have never lost a home in their history and never had a single complaint.  I am to blame to because I read these complaints on this site and canceled last year only to be convinced that none of this was true. For months and months and months I was told be all the people above that all work for this ponzi scam company that just robs people that thy were handling my case.  I really only heard from them when they wanted my monthly payment and they always said things were going great I was contentious the whole time because they told me it wold only take 3 minus to be completely finished.  Then one day I was told that my home had a pending sale date and some how my fake law firm lance denha law wasn't aware of it?  It happened well after they took over all communication and somehow they didn't know about it???  They claimed the whole time that things were going swimmingly and then all of a sudden they emailed me a cancelation letter meaning that they were canceling me?  After paying them thousands of thousands of dollars that I did not have the canceled me because they said they needed paperwork from me?  I sent them all kinds of paperwork anytime they asked and thy said it was too late and I needed to do a bankruptcy!

I told them I couldn't afford a bankruptcy and now I lost my home and I have been ordered to leave.  I called the scam artist Brian Tomina who is supposedly my attorney here in California and his office said that I'm not his client and that he was just hired by lance denha to have a conversation with me.  I called Lance Denha and he will not return my calls and is somehow never in his own office.  I called randal denha and his office said they don't deal with these situations.  I called Brian Hutchins and is an insensitive uncaring horrible person. I called Katie Britto and she could care less and said I should have got the paperwork to them that they never asked for I called all the other scam artist involved and they all were unavailable.  I called the California Bar and they are sending me papers to file a formal complaint against Brian Tomina.  I called the Florida Bar and they are doing the same.  I spoke to an organization that is going to help me begin a lawsuit against these people.  If you want to reply with an email address I can have the real law firm that wants to sue them write you or call you. It is free of charge.

I may have lost my home and been robbed but it doesnt have to happen to you.  I may have lost my house anyway and I know this but I didn't need to be financially raped by all of these people before losing it.  I will tell everyone about this scam that I can and you should do the same. I have an interview with a newspaper and I may be able to get on the local news too.  These people must be stopped.  I can't imagine how any of them are able to sleep at night.  Those probably aren't your real names but even still, All ponzi scams come to an end and all of you will be in jail one day.
