Landmark America - Merchants Credit Guide trying to collect on a bill that has already been though the court system in nebraska and has been awarded a judgement to genral collections in Grand Island Ne. and I have been paying on it for over a year ripoff Chicago Illinois

Sirs:
I am a man who is trying to get things strighten out on this bill with u.s. bank and have been paying on it at Genral collections who have all my accounts from us bank. I have been paying on them for over a year. I have told this to Landmark America and they sold the bill to Merchants Credit Guide co and now they are trying to collect. This has been thru the court system and General Collections in Grand Island Ne and I am refusing to pay anyone twice for this bill and I would like it taken off my credit report.
