Cindy Lee and Barry Greenstein, the sole partners of Landshapes, had me come to their office at least 10 times to do accounting work, and were as nice as could be with virtually no complaints until it was time to pay the bill. Then, suddenly, they are unhappy, think of frivolous reasons to pay zero, and I had to take them to court.
I won but they still haven't paid me a penny.
Question for you: If Landshapes LLC is your contractor or architect, and they stiff subcontractors working on your job, what kind of work will you end up with?
If you are a contractor to Landshapes, don't expect to get paid.
Cynthia Lee and Barry Greenstein are scumbags.
