Langley Chrysler's business practices are equivalent to that of Organized Crime. They are extortionists, Liars, blackmailers and hold customers for Ransom. They do work NOT authorized, then charge the customer's vehicle hostage and extort the full amount from them.They replace parts that don't need replacing but when caught make up a lame excuse. You still end up paying for the parts and labor unless you have the balls to stand up against them. The TAG company upholds these business practices so stay away from any of their dealerships.
When I caught them ting to extort myself, they told me they would settle for less, however when I checked the vehicle lien records, they had placed a lien on the vehicle for the full amount. Frank Gunthner, the service manager is as crooked and sneaky as they come. Stay away from this dealership or any dealership owned by the Trottman Auto Group.

Not True! Langley Chrysler is by far the best!!

I need to state the person who wrote that Langley Chrysler are thieves, etc is completely FALSE and I would like to see proof of that horrible statement. I have been a customer of Langley Chrysler for 8 years and honestly, they are the BEST company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they have the best customer service, they are honest, kind and look after their customers. Each time I have purchased my car from Langley Chrysler, they have looked after me from start to finish in the highest regards and to go even further, their service department has looked after my car with care, perfect work, competitive rates and I have been nothing but impressed. They really treat ever customer with the utmost respect and I will not go anywhere else to buy or fix my car. I'm a customer for life and honestly, I am shocked at that bad review because it simply isn't true. The TAG company is a family run company and they would never lie, blackmail or hold for ransom - it's a ridiculous statement that simply isn't true. Please trust me as I am an honest consumer and want people to hear the truth.

Wow just goes to show how mixed up this consumer reports can get. (scary stuff). You just cant trust what you read online anymore. I know this business you speak of and know a ton of people who service and purchase from them. I personally have never heard of anyone experiencing anything remotely close to this. They have always treated everyone I know fair. If they treated people as bad as this report was how would they remain in business for over 40 years? I just have to say there is 2 sides to every story and Im certain this story isnt correct.

Anyone can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the five charts. Chrysler Corp. is listed in 'Chart 3', right?
Take a look at who is listed in 'Chart 1'. (Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Lehman Brothers.) All three companies played a major role in the mortgage/foreclosure meltdown in the USA, correct?
It appears that some of the companies that are linked to the Federal Reserve don't believe in conducting business in an honest and ethical way, right?
Feel free to 'Google' the following five videos and watch them on the web to learn more about the Federal Reserve-
