I've been a customer of this location for the last 5 visits because it's on the way to work but this would be the last time that I would drop my clothes over there. 

The owner doesn't understand what customer service means - and they will never get it. They talk to me like I owe them money or something.

On the door they say in by 9 out by 5 that's BULL SHXST. Ahmed Sukaik (owner) complains every time that I arrive at 8:50 and told me that I need to arrive earlier because he started the wash load already ... this is Fking stupid. 

My shirt goes in and come out with more wrinkles and stains than it was before. I had stains on the back of my shirt and the owner said it's not his problems. Instead of apologizing to me that they didn't do a good job, he told me that I need to wash my shirt a few more times.... and he wants me to pay for it!!!?

They promised that my shirts would be ready by 5PM but he told me to come back in a hour to pick them up. There are wrinkles on my sleeves and right where the bottons are EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I've complained many times and they still do a POOP job. 

I will never go back to that place again and I would only support a true American business owner who truly understands customer service. I would recommend anyone of you not to go to this store.

Yeah owners second son here I work with the FBI, just wanted to clear some things out, first of all I would like to say that we do not really need your service and like you mentioned in your report, our cleaners is on your way to work so if you haven't noticed, were still in business if you really think one customer is going to put us out of business your wrong because were doing just fine without you.

Just to start things off, I am the owners son and have worked at Lapels since it first opened in 2006. We have had many repeat customers, and still to this day have people that come in and bring there clothes that have come since we first opened.
 
To whomever wrote this report, in the instructions for writing or filing a claim, it states that you must not use profanity, which you have completly disregarding. If there was anything wrong with your shirts, we as a company do apologize but as to say that our customer service or the way we talk or treat people is anything short of exemplary is completely false.

 If there was anything wrong with a product that we did, we would have gladly done it again for you at no charge to you, as we have done before with many other people. Never have we told a customer that they need to wash there own clothes or that they must pay for them to be re-washed if it was something that we truly missed or messed up.

 You say that you have been to our store five separate times and that every time you have received poor customer serivce and poor products.  If that were the case, then why would you come back a sixth time.  Usually a person will come two or three times and then, if service were still unsatisfactory than they would not come back. I honestly think that you had a bad experience the last time you came in and just decided that you wanted to let those feelings out for everyone to see.

 Our main goal is to give the best customer service and products that we possibly can to everyone that comes through our doors. Never have we turned anyone away for same day service if they have come in before 9 or asked them to come in earlier than 8:50 as you stated.  I do hope that this review does not diminish the pride we take in our work or make people think that we offer horrible services. Thank you
