Laptop Garage Sale I had to threaten report to BBB to receive a computer that was missing hardware. Lititz Pennsylvania

Decided to order a refurbished laptop for our young daughter from www.laptopgaragesale.com after following link from a Craigslist post. Originally, I looked at the computers in late December and placed one in my cart but did not purchase. Justin (the owner?) sent a follow up e-mail requesting feedback as to why I did not purchase and I replied that I was waiting on the purchase at the time. A month or so later, I received a 20% discount e-mail that further enticed me to purchase the computer. I ordered with wireless card and submitted my order on 2/27 but did not receive discount initially. The third party processing the payment thankfully contacted me to ensure that I received merchandise a few days later. I told them that I had received nothing. no email, no merchandise - nothing. They stated that they had not paid the merchant yet and would request a refund for the discount. I did receive the discount and promise that laptop was "on the way" but again, nothing. No tracking information, etc. Three weeks into this, I emailed the third party again, that I had received nothing. Also contacted merchant via website and threatened to contact BBB if I did not get a refund or a tracking number. Finally shipped. Received the computer on 3/26. It takes several minutes (possibly 10) to boot, which is OK I guess but no wireless card. Again, I receive an email that its "in the mail" but nothing for 11 days now and no response to emails. FRAUD.
