On 2/5/10 I ordered a new tv bulb for my Sony Wega that for a long time has been going darker and darker. I got online to check the prices and found the cheapest at laptops for less. I checked the status of the bulb and noticed it said "In Stock". I ordered the bulb and thats when the fun began. I will let you read the e-mails and make your own decision. By the way, I still have not heard from them again concerning this matter.

(And finaly I have had enough) They say there hours are from 8am to 5pm central time which means it would have been 3:47 there time. Do you think that there message should say that they are closed and please call back at normal business hours? IT IS NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!!!!

I did not state I was looking for a refund, I stated that I want to TALK to somebody in which I would think was normal business hours. I also stated that I was wondering what the lead time was for your company to receive the back order. I also stated that I found it very disturbing that there is no staff available to answer my phone calls, no automatic stock update when I initially ordered the lamp yet your "computer" system can tell me its not available after I have been charged. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX, my name is XXXX XXXXXXX and no I did not receive a call via Phone as you stated in the previous e-mail so let's stop the games own up to your obligations and tell me a time frame of when the part is available or cancel the order and refund my charge immediately!!!

Be very careful of who you do business with. They clearly dont care about customer service, you rights as a consumer or the every day business aspects. Word of mouth travels very fast and I hope that there "13" years of business dont make it to 14.

Bad news for you chief

I live in Dallas (which is where Grapevine is) and we were completely snowed in last week. He's not lying and if you had watched the Super Bowl or ANY Super Bowl coverage you would know what a disaster it has been here the last week.

You got a refund, he responded to your emails, he told you he did not know when it would be in stock.

No ripoff here, just a consumer who's short on patience.

As why I didn't receive a phone call from you? Then why did you state that you attempted to call me with no answer and that the "name" was unclear that's why you didn't leave a message? Why lie? I am taking this matter beyond your company since I have checked the weather report and it is showing 46 degrees and sunny today with no snowfall in grapevine texas for the past 5 days. Any other lies you want to push upon me? I am filing a report with my bank to inform them of a fraudulent charge since you can't seem to keep your stories straight.
