This individual Larry D. Brown, born in Blytheville Mississippi, currently has no known place of residence. He travels between Atlanta Georgia and the state of Florida looking for gullible individuals to entice them into becoming a business partner with him based on fictitious business he has created, with the promise that the business will net millions and you will be paid a percentage. The last venture he was selling here in Atlanta was called " Phoenix AAA Investments, LLC " citing it was a Florida Limited Liability Company formed for the purpose of originating and servicing financial transactions. The members on the document are David Charles Masselli and Peter Maurmann. I am not sure if these two individuals are or we're part of the scam but they are clearly listed on the documents I have that we're given to me by Mr. Larry D. Brown. Mr. Brown often needs collateral to get these businesses started which he has NONE. He will want to use your credit to obtain monies to start these businesses. He will not be responsible for anything and will want you to take all the risk, promising you that when the deal goes through you will be paid a handsome amount. He will ask you for your SS# and anything else that he can persuade you out of all in the name of the business to get the deal done. This guy is very cunning and very persuasive. He hangs out with a young lady by the name of Angela Pugh she seems to be some sort of presentation person for him and they always have drama going to keep you confused. He will all the while tell you that the deal should be happening but come up with excuses to keep putting it off while trying to get more money out of you. He also may even have you come to a home he plans on owning or may be staying in temporarily to give you the impression that he is very legit, when all the while this is a smoke screen.
Be careful of this guy he is very shady. I actually have in my possession every document he gave me based on the scam he ran while here in Atlanta during the time I knew him. If anyone has encountered this individual, please stay away from him.
