The only benefit I received was that the payments don't start until 45 days after I signed the contract which was yesterday. So, everyone out there if you have bad credit don't see these guys, because they will set up up with another predatory lender and put a GPS on your vehicle (with a kill switch) and be stuck on stupid if (service department) you have any problems starting your vehicle. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, now that the economy is bad it is a wonder these guys are still in business, because everyone out there might not have excellent credit, but they do deserve to be treated with respect and these guys simply do not have it.

Definition of "Predatory Lender"

POSTED: Sunday, May 08, 2011"now that the economy is bad the preferred customer is the one with excellent credit. "
No kidding! Actually, that was the case even before the economy was bad. People who pay their bills on time do not have to put up with sub-prime lenders.

Very Odd

POSTED: Saturday, May 07, 2011This is a confusing report because the OP is complaining about himself and his own company.
"I have received credit financing it is from another predatory lender (Courtesy Credit), who's payment is about the same as I was receiving from the other company."
Did you force yourself to sign an agreement? Did you hold a gun to your own head?

Oh Please...
AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, May 07, 2011
POSTED: Saturday, May 07, 2011This isn't a matter of "respect". Its all a matter of giving you what you want...financing for a car...while protecting the lender against the increase chance of default a subprime borrower brings.
Since you are so-o-o concerned they may use a kill switch, then perhaps your resolve to make your payments on time isn't intense enough to bring you out of sub prime status.
And, no, I don't work for them.
