two months ago we bought a car from larry h miller used cars in murray, first we got approved with $350/month payments then after a month or so they called us and said we need to sign a new agreement and when we get there the financial guy said that the bank raised the interest for the car so instead of paying $350 it went up to $410 but Steve Fronce the financial manager said he would write a check for us so just to seal the deal and he said he'll mail it right after he send the informaion to the bank so we agreed with some cash back. but till now (almost 2 months) we haven't received the check that he promised and everytime i call him the front desk lady always said he's busy and he'd call me back but never! i hate people like that, they would lie so they could sell their cars! don't ever go to that place because they are not honest people! for the poor people like me that check could help us a lot! and i don;t know who can i talk to to report this problem, every time i call their office to report him, they just tell me the same thing, they would ask for my number and tell me they let him know.
