 I went in to Larry Miller Doge and " bought" a vehicle.  The vehicle would be financed and a specific payment amount was given.  I would also be trading in an older car with this dela that we were no longer using.  I drove home my "new" vehicle. 


Two days later the dealership came to my home and picked up the older vehicle. One week later I went back to the dealerships to take some forms that were requested.  I was informed at this time that  they were unable to finance me at the rate that had been previously promised to me and in order to keep the new vehicle I would be paying over $150 in addition EVERY month.  I, of course,  refused to pay any more than I had originally agreed to.  At this time I handed over the new vehicle and was told that the older car I had traded would be returned to my home. 


When it did not arrive by the following Monday, I called the dealership.  I was told that the car would be brought the next day.  When again it did not arrive I called again and again was told they would bring the vehicle back.  Several days later I made my fourth call and during this call was told they would NOT bring my vehicle back and that I would have to insure the car and pick it up myself. 


Our intention was when the car was returned we would the be immediately donating the car to the veteran car donation program.  This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business and larry Miller Dodge should not be allowed to do business in this manner.  It is irresponsible and unethical.  They are the prime example of poor business and customer service standards.  It is my hope that not another person will have to endure a situation such as this.
